  • $100 per hour
  • 40 max capacity 
  • Seating for 16 as is
  • Clean single restroom 
  • No full kitchen availalbe 
  • Any available dates and times are possible
  • All foods and beverages are welcome
  • Decorations are welcome but nothing can be attached to our brick walls 
  • Chair and table rentals are available or can be brought in on your own
  • Early set up times can be arranged
